I spent 5 years at Reserve Systems, growing from intern to Development Supervisor, a path that only happens when you understand systems deeply enough to lead them, not just code them.

I believe frameworks change, AI changes, but whoever masters the fundamentals can adapt to anything. That's the real skill, not memorizing syntax, but understanding how things actually work underneath.

I don't see AI as a threat to developers. I see it as a multiplier, and it only multiplies what's already there. Strong fundamentals plus AI is a different level of output than AI alone.

Outside of code, I care about people-first teams. The best results come from environments where people grow together, not just ship together.

ARIA, Reserve Artificial Intelligence Assistant

Led the development of ARIA, an AI assistant embedded in Reserve Systems' corporate travel platform. Built on Microsoft Semantic Kernel with a RAG pipeline grounded in real company and traveler data, with autonomous agents handling expense control, route changes, policy validation and an Air Availability Agent for real-time flight search. Featured in PANROTAS, Brazil's largest corporate travel portal.

Built a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server with the official .NET MCP SDK that exposes Reserve Systems' real-time flight availability search to AI agents. Extends ARIA's Air Availability capability into a standardized, agent-agnostic interface any MCP-compatible assistant can call.

Intent-Routing Smart Menu with JEV

Days after TypeSafe AI released its JEV model, integrated it into ARIA's conversational flow to classify user intent from free text and route travelers straight to the right menu or action (flight search, expense report, etc), replacing slower LLM-based routing with JEV's low-latency, type-safe decisions. A concrete example of turning a brand-new AI technology into a shipped business capability within days of release.

Led the end-to-end WhatsApp Business API integration for Reserve Systems, letting corporate travelers manage requests, approvals and travel updates directly through WhatsApp. Now a recurring revenue product and strategic differentiator for the platform.
