I believe frameworks change, AI changes, but whoever masters the fundamentals can adapt to anything. That's the real skill — not memorizing syntax, but understanding how things actually work underneath.

I don't see AI as a threat to developers. I see it as a multiplier — and it only multiplies what's already there. Strong fundamentals plus AI is a different category of output than AI alone.

Outside of code, I care about people-first teams. The best results come from environments where people grow together, not just ship together.
